△前臺(tái)接待區(qū)入戶2.3米寬的整扇玻璃門緩緩移開,前臺(tái)出現(xiàn)在眼前,由黃銅手工打造的前臺(tái)呈現(xiàn)雕塑般的造型,成為客人進(jìn)入空間后首先關(guān)注到的亮眼的一隅。天花上有著皇冠造型的燈具暗藏光源,使空間氣場(chǎng)大開。When?2.3-meter-wide?entrance?glass?door?slides?open?slowly,?a?hand-made?sculptural?brass?front?desk?could?catch?your?eyes?when?you?first?step?into?the?茶館ce.?Lights?茶館rkled?in?a?circle?from?the?lamps?and?lanterns?setting?in?the?ceiling,?like?a?crown,?which?lighten?up?the?whole?茶館ce. △總裁辦公室在常規(guī)的辦公項(xiàng)目中,總裁辦公室往往是私密而具有威嚴(yán)性質(zhì)的空間,給人以輕微的壓迫感。泊通的總裁辦公室則從固有的桎梏里解脫出來(lái),變成通透的辦公室,可接待雙人、三人、四人、五人使用的交談區(qū),彼此之間沒有屏障與隔斷,讓老板與員工之間的交流暢通且高效。In?a?regular?office?project,?CEO?room?is?usually?a?private?and?dignified?茶館ce,&n △空間細(xì)節(jié)事實(shí)上,此前業(yè)主原本選址僅有現(xiàn)在面積的一半,樓層也偏低。出于對(duì)公司發(fā)展、員工成長(zhǎng)以及客戶感受的幾個(gè)角度考慮,業(yè)主和設(shè)計(jì)師考察了寫字樓其他樓層,最后選中26層這個(gè)1000㎡的空間,這里鳥瞰南中軸線、西山、奧森整個(gè)全景視野,立足窗前讓人頓覺心胸開闊,對(duì)于20人的辦公人員著實(shí)充裕而奢侈,這給設(shè)計(jì)師很大的發(fā)揮空間的同時(shí)也帶來(lái)極大的考驗(yàn)。高志強(qiáng)建議以公司性質(zhì)做考慮,擁有開闊的視野和開敞的空間會(huì)帶來(lái)更加“透明“的空間效果,從而影響企業(yè)與客戶的行為關(guān)系,建立更穩(wěn)固的信任合作。In?fact,?the?original?office?site?was?only?hal大紅酸枝家具f?size?of?the?present?one?and?in?lower?
