「 Design & Appeal | 設(shè)計(jì)&訴求?」

本案開始是甜蜜的新婚小夫妻兩，結(jié)束時是幸福的一家三口，在設(shè)計(jì)階段中，業(yè)主家迎來了一件喜事，業(yè)主小姐姐有了寶寶。等寶寶出生父母會來照顧。4個大人，新生小寶寶，家里還有三只小寵物，小小的空間，需要大大的功能。

需要兩間臥室，盡可能多的儲藏空間，要有能夠工作的空間。寶寶的來臨，空間就更加需要多的舒適、儲藏寶寶的所需功能空間。

改造點(diǎn)：

1.入戶收納空間少。

2.廚房空間操作臺面少。

3.客餐廳空間不理想。

4.過道需要儲藏空間。

5.希望陽臺與客廳打通，生活陽臺與休閑陽臺區(qū)分開。

6.主臥室需要衣帽間又要有工作的空間。

7.主內(nèi)衛(wèi)需要增加浴缸。

8.有了寶寶需要獨(dú)立的洗衣機(jī)。

改動：

1.增加鞋帽柜收納空間，鞋柜、餐邊柜、電視柜的延伸使餐廳與客廳更具延展性。

2. 增加廚房空間，改變廚房門位置，增加了廚房電器的必要空間收納空間操作臺面也增多了。

3. 拆除陽臺移門改變門洞造型貫通客餐廳陽臺空間，空間延伸。

4. 過道增加了儲藏柜，定制淺色柜子增加視野空間感。

5. 生活陽臺與休閑陽臺之間利用玻璃移門隔開空間。生活陽臺原有個空調(diào)外機(jī)空間，增加寵物的小窩。

6. 主臥室與北面臥室格局做了調(diào)整，增加了衣帽間與書房空間。

7. 主內(nèi)衛(wèi)也調(diào)整布局增加了日式小浴缸。

8. 有寶寶后外增加了掛壁式迷你洗衣機(jī)。

Foyer

門廳?

在入戶處設(shè)置兩組柜體，減輕客廳的儲物負(fù)擔(dān)。

奶白柜體與藤編門板的結(jié)合，連接電視柜的延伸，增加了更多的收納空間，也讓客廳清爽起來。

白色頂部、米色墻面搭配奶油亞光地磚，打造空間質(zhì)感。

客廳

陽光穿過半透的簾幕開啟簡單的美好。

燕麥色劃分界限，讓每一片空間都分明圍合起來。

零散的家具便構(gòu)成一塊清雅生態(tài)。

The sun passes through the semi-transparent curtain to open the simple beauty.

純粹的色調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)上增加獨(dú)特的翻頁造型，加與光源增色的溫暖. 吊頂簡單也不失單調(diào)，戶型造型上下呼應(yīng)。每個陽角面都做了弧形面處理，滿滿柔和感。

陽臺內(nèi)包讓客廳不被拘束在一個小方框里。

墜下的餐廳吊燈將焦點(diǎn)聚于餐桌上。

廚房

入戶門口的廚房做了改造，進(jìn)門左手邊就是廚房，改造格局移動墻體，擴(kuò)大廚房面積，打造更合理的操作臺，料理更加方便，高柜區(qū)輕松容納廚房電器。

廚房設(shè)計(jì)外懸掛式移門，空間不浪費(fèi)，素色地磚客餐廳廚房通鋪，空間更連貫。

The kitchen at the entrance door has been transformed. The kitchen is on the left hand side of the door. The mobile wall has been transformed to expand the kitchen area, create a more reasonable operating platform, make cooking more convenient, and the high cabinet area can easily accommodate kitchen appliances.

主臥室

臥室布局干凈，帶給人純粹的心境。
也摒棄了傳統(tǒng)的衣柜設(shè)計(jì)造型，做了橫排衣柜，臥室空間可以放下嬰兒床。

吊頂也增加一點(diǎn)弧形面窗簾箱造型。

衣帽間的設(shè)計(jì)也放棄了傳統(tǒng)木質(zhì)衣柜，定制成品金屬儲物架，可以自由排放，無底柜設(shè)計(jì)也方便儲藏收納。門板也改做了棉麻簾子，經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠、美觀，也增加了業(yè)主所需的工作空間。

主內(nèi)衛(wèi)增加日式小浴缸方便寶寶洗澡。

外衛(wèi)生間考慮原空間比較小，整體用了淺素色的墻地磚，潔具都是極簡風(fēng)格。

有了寶寶增加了好看獨(dú)立懸掛式小洗衣機(jī)（施工前提前預(yù)埋了管子所以電線下水隱藏）
