實則處處在為情感用力

家不止是一個棲居之所那樣簡單

更是代表著主人的品味與氣質(zhì)

在經(jīng)年的使用中

沾染上居住者的氣息

「 Design & Appeal | 設(shè)計&訴求?」

業(yè)主需求：

初識錢姐，非常有氣質(zhì)的姐姐，當時以為是為將來有二寶買的房，沒想到是為自己剛畢業(yè)女兒準備新房，哈哈哈，因為真的看著非常年輕。

需求：明亮、寬敞、舒適、儲藏、現(xiàn)代流行，在淺色調(diào)的基礎(chǔ)上，保持質(zhì)感與層次，需要獨立的儲藏衣帽間功能，需要四房，需要中西廚，客廳空間貫通陽臺，盡可能展現(xiàn)這套房子的優(yōu)點。

設(shè)計師：

父母都希望把最好的留給自己的孩子，正因為父母對孩子的尊重，初期交流和設(shè)計方案出來都是很令人滿意的，正是最直接的溝通方式，不放任問題囤積，相互信任與協(xié)作，才能讓這個家更順利地呈現(xiàn)出期待的模樣。

設(shè)計靈感：

高層大平層空間自帶開闊視野，激發(fā)了設(shè)計師的創(chuàng)作靈感，甄選清雅柔和的色調(diào)打底，營造視覺驚喜與穿梭趣味，賦予不同場域獨特的個性與情緒，以巖板材質(zhì)的特性點綴全屋設(shè)計，大自然石材逼真的紋理、色彩和質(zhì)感，打造雅致現(xiàn)代的空間美學。

「 Family changes | 戶型改造」

1. 門廳玄關(guān)增加裝飾性隔斷玻璃線性燈增加氛圍感。

2. 大陽臺與客廳貫通運用超大落地玻璃窗更加放大房屋的優(yōu)點。

3. 廚房擴充北面小陽臺增加儲藏空間。

4. 南次臥調(diào)整衣柜布置，增加床距離空間。

5. 改變主臥的格局，利用過道北臥室融合改成具有步入式衣帽區(qū)、主內(nèi)衛(wèi)、大衣帽間的主臥套房。

客廳

入戶換上舒適家居鞋，右手就是一鏡到底的寬闊視野客廳，能夠一眼看見湖景。
巖板背景墻結(jié)合柜體、灰白相間的天然石材背景，材質(zhì)的碰撞與層次感處理，成為客廳里一道亮眼的風景線。

將留白盡情揮灑，遵循平衡之道，吸納充足天光淺調(diào)純色強化了敞亮大氣的韻味，配色別致的石材背景墻與同元素的茶幾隔空對話形成以小見大的布局節(jié)奏。

餐廳?

深淺色調(diào)賦予了空間足夠現(xiàn)代的感覺，深色玻璃酒柜結(jié)合餐邊柜內(nèi)紋理的巖板材質(zhì)，一同融入到整體背景中。
The dark and light tones give the space a modern feeling, and the dark glass wine cabinet is integrated into the overall background together with the texture of the rock plate in the dining cabinet.

廚房

寬敞明亮的中式廚房空間，讓烹飪成為一種享受。
西廚結(jié)合干凈、清爽、淺色櫥柜、巖板吧臺，讓簡約的空間不失高級質(zhì)感。
開放式的格局設(shè)計也讓餐廳與各個空間形成了良好互動，為一家人的日常交流提供了更為開闊的環(huán)境。
The spacious and bright kitchen space makes cooking a pleasure.
Western kitchen combined with clean, crisp, light cabinetry, SLATE bar. Let contracted space do not lose advanced simple sense.
The open pattern design also allows the restaurant to interact with each space, providing a more open environment for the daily communication of the family.

走廊

走廊區(qū)域整體以白色調(diào)為主，迎合了整體色調(diào)的同時又讓空間顯得寬敞，走廊盡頭配上一幅大型的裝飾畫，為空間增加了層次感。
The corridor area is mainly white, which caters to the overall tone and makes the space look spacious at the same time. A large decorative painting at the end of the corridor increases the sense of layers for the space.

陽臺

生活中唯一不變的就是變化，空間的變化也是平常日子里涌動的新鮮感。設(shè)計師給空間定好的主調(diào)，希望喚起住戶內(nèi)心對生活本質(zhì)的理解。不用刻意從眾復制，人與空間的融合，就是珍貴的后調(diào)。
The only constant in life is change, and the change of space is also the fresh feeling surging in ordinary days. Designers set a good theme for the space, hoping to arouse resident's inner understanding of the essence of life. There is no need to copy deliberately, the fusion of people and space is precious after tone.

主臥的打造以靜謐舒適為主，超大湖景窗是一大亮點。白色柜門給人一種心理安全感，不同材質(zhì)的交匯融合營造出低調(diào)優(yōu)雅的居室氛圍。
The master bedroom is built to be quiet and comfortable, and the large lakeview window is a highlight. Door of white cupboard gives a person sense of security of a kind of psychology, of different material pledges confluence builds the bedroom atmosphere that gives low-key grace.
